Terms and conditions
  1. Marketer status: The registrant declares that he works as an independent real estate marketer (freelance marketer) for Jeeran Company, and that he does not have a commercial register or tax card that includes real estate marketing activity.
  2. Client Ownership: Any client locked through Jiran is considered a personal client of the marketer only, and may not be a client of any other company that the marketer currently works for or has previously worked for.
  3. Resale units: The marketer bears full responsibility for the resale units he adds and the reliability of the information provided to customers. Jiran website is a platform for displaying units only. It does not interfere in the selling process, and does not charge any commission from the seller or buyer.
  4. Commission disbursement: Commissions are disbursed after collecting checks from the developer, and disbursement takes place on the 15th of each month based on what was collected from the developer.
  5. Suspending or canceling the account: Jiran has the right to suspend or cancel the account in the event of a complaint from a customer or developer, or if it turns out that the customer is affiliated with another company where the marketer works. In these cases, the commission is withheld until the dispute is resolved.
  6. Validity of documents: The marketer acknowledges that all papers and documents submitted are correct and complete, and that he is solely responsible for his personal documents and their accuracy.
